Formerly, it was a reward for completing the Mime random event. They give no stat bonuses as like all other random event clothing. Members may store Mime legs in a Costume room in a Player-owned house if they also have the matching boots, shirt, gloves and mask. They are visually identical to plain trousers in the Zamorakian smoke colour, which players may use in place of actually obtaining the item.
