The Goldenrod Radio Tower is a large tower situated in Goldenrod City in Johto. Here, the player character can enter the Pokémon Lottery, get the Radio Card, and fight off Team Rocket after getting the 7th badge. You will receive the Rainbow Wing or Silver Wing here once the player character defeats Team Rocket.
