The Battle of Trandosha was a large engagement between the New Republic and Sith Empire in late 17 ABY. The battle was a trap set by the Sith, who lured the Republic in and then jumped their fleet with a sneak attack by newly designed Leviathan-class warships. On the ground, Darth Malign personally slew several Jedi and forced the remaining Jedi force into retreat. The New Republic ordered a full-retreat and redeployed back to Kashyyyk.
