X14 was the code name of a New Republic Intelligence Service agent in Kapp Dendo's Commando Team One who served on Ciutric IV just prior to the evacuation of Ciutric. He kept a lookout for Sate Pestage and was responsible for the New Republic learning that the former Imperial leader had arrived on planet.
