Imp Stool is an ingredient in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. It can be used to make potions at an alchemy lab as part of alchemy. It is one of the most versatile and valued alchemical ingredients, with all four of its effects being practically useful. Two common poison recipes include mixing it with Canis Root and Mora Tapinella, which provides a lethal paralysis poison, or replacing the above Canis Root with Deathbell, which gives potent immediate and long-term poison damage. A potent poison combining all three of those effects would be to mix this fungi with Slaughterfish Scales and Human Flesh.
