"That's a first." —Park Ranger(src) The Park Ranger was a Jurassic World park ranger who was on guard duty at Gate 05 when Gray and Zach Mitchell came driving up to the main gate in Jeep 29. He and a fellow ranger then watched in surprise as a flock of Pteranodons and Dimorphodons appeared over the horizon and began flying towards them. It is unknown if he was killed or got away, but since his partner is seen during the Pterosaur attack on Main Street it's likely he survived too.
