Professor Xeron Kreon is the chief scientist of Dimension Aqua, formerly ruled by Queen Mera. Xeron's two greatest achievements are the invention of a gateway linking Dimension Aqua to Earth, and a hand gun that temporarily suspends his people's native ability to control and manipulate water.
