The Imperial Business Security Fleet or IBSF for short is the organizational name and classification for all vessels that have been contracted out to clients. All crew of the fleet retain their ranks and privledges from the Imperial Navy but they do not fall under juristiction of any particular Moff or Admiral like the rest of the fleet. Disciplinary however is still controlled by the Imperial Navy. All transponder codes have the IBSF identification included, thus the Tarkin becomes the IBSF Tarkin
