Simplicity 2124' ©1947; Toddler's Paysuit and Skirt: An inset belt joins the suspender top and panties. The panties have soft tucks in front and back, and a button fastening at the inner leg. The inset belt has a side-button closing and the suspenders cross and button in back to the inset belt. Gathered pockets trim the back buttoning skirt which is gathered to a waistband. The skirt waistband buttons to the front of the inset belt and fastens to suspender buttons in back. In Style I, the suspenders are made of embroidered banding and are edged with ruffling. Embroidered banding trims the pockets.
