Mavis Neff is an employee at Walker's Drugstore who went on a date with Andy Taylor. Andy called her because he had become jealous of the time that Helen Crump was spending with the publisher of her book. She is described by Howard Sprague as "rather forward". According to Floyd Lawson, she once dated a scoutmaster named Harvey Bunker, who was later made to give up his job. She is portrayed by actress Elaine Joyce.
