Libby Flynn is one of the Flynn children. She is twenty years old (in the canon universe, she would be 13) and she is in college. She is the second oldest in the family. She has a boyfriend, so she moved in with him and left Danville. She was supposed to be taking care of her younger siblings, but since she left, her older sister Candace has to take care of them. Libby is a girly girl.
