Akira Kola born in West Blue, and joined the Marines at the age of 20. In his 14 years of the commissioned Naval Fleets, he was known for taking down the most ruthless criminals in all of the seas. He was also known for brutalizing those pirates he captured, even if they did not put up a fight or resist arrest. There were even some he killed for no other reason than being pirates.
