An Administrator is a NRian with nigh-untouched power. As long as you are on NR, they are basically God. They have access to a Moderator Control Panel and an Administrative Control Panel. They can also see every forum on NR. Administrators also are the ones that get the biothermal nuclear weapons to use for banning trolls, although eventually they like to switch to the use of cillit bang in order to wipe the dirt clean.
