Shademan was a robotic energy vampire originally created by the Bloody Barons to take over every military bases and facilities in Earth, and who kater on became one of Megaman's recurring and dangerous foes. He is later revealed to be the same Shademan from the NT Warrior dimension, who was killed by Laserman/Regal and later Colonel. His data was recovered by the Bloody Barons and installed it into the powerful body.
