Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS and Super Smash Bros. for Wii U are both the fourth installments of the Super Smash Bros. series being developed by Sora Ltd. and Bandai Namco Games. The 3DS version launched in Japan on September 2014 and internationally on October 2014, and the Wii U version in the holiday season of 2014. Pac-Man makes a guest appearance in the game as a playable fighter, and his series' motifs and trademarks are represented in one form or another.
