Bobby Prince (1991-2015) was suspected of Anjulie Cruz's murder when first met in Leap of Death (Case #25 of Pacific Bay). In The Hunger Planes (Case #28 of Pacific Bay), he was convicted of murdering pilot Harry Hugo. Later, in The Final Countdown (Case #59 of Pacific Bay), Bobby escaped from prison and murdered detective Frank Knight.
