Blackwatch was once a proud empire with a vast amount of military hardware including nuclear weapons. It became a super power within it's sector and held 6 countrys under it's empire's rule. However due to a sudden economic downturn in blackwatch, it was forced to stop handing out development aid to it's smaller states. Eventually it became to much and in 3222 blackwatch filed for bankruptcy and crumbled, the empire devided into smaller states. Comrade Tony left the states and took on the challenge of leading Coastal_Rock and her colonies.
