Phoebel is part of the Olympus System. Currently, it is inhabited by small colonies not reaching a population over 5 million. This is because it has no water on the planet's surface and Legion is next to it with a much more succesful history. The people who live there, mostly do it out of a sense of adventure, but there are some rare minerals and compounds, as well as some exotic flora and fauna with interesting byproducts, so they make good trading on the HyperMarket.
