Immigration Services was a governmental department of the Kingdom of Torch, charged with overseeing the migration of thousands of former genetic slaves from all over the human-settled universe to Torch. Judson Van Hale was assigned to Immigration Services, although his actual assignment was to keep an eye on anyone getting close to Queen Berry. (CS2)
