Topham was a New Orleans CTU agent. After Raoul Garros sneaked out of the Mega Mart building, Jack Bauer and Pete Malo had agents Topham and Beauclerk monitor the parking garage, fearing he was in danger. When neither agent responded to Pete's phone calls, Bauer and Pete quickly headed to the garage to check on them. Once they arrived, they found Topham and Beauclerk's bodies, and Garros had disappeared. (Storm Force)
