Stars of Summer is an insert set in 2005 Donruss Classics. The 25-card set features popular stars primarily from the 1970's and 1980's, but very few Hall of Fame players. The set is fully paralleled in Gold (SN to 50), Platinum (1/1), and a Signature set (with sticker autographs). The set was partially paralleled by a Materials set and a Signature Materials set. The cards are numbered but are ordered alphabetically by first name.
