Steve Briere (b. March 25, 1977 in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada) is a minor league hockey goalie. Steve played junior hockey in the United States Hockey League (USHL) for the Omaha Lancers and Sioux City Musketeers during the 1996-97 season. Steve attended University of Alabama in Huntsville (UAH) playing for the National Collegiate Athletic Association Chargers from 1997 - 2000 with a 28-9-2 record, a 2.82 goals against average and an 89.9 save percentage.
