The Accessory Store is run by Mira. At the beginning of the game, the Accessory Store is not open, and will not open until you have spoken with Julius and confronted Mira about re-opening the shop. When opened, the store hours are from 8AM until 8PM. The store is closed on Thursdays and holidays. You are able to refine ore and wonderfuls in the Accessory Store, as well as make the refined material into jewelry for yourself or as a gift.
