Hoop is the fourth city of Tak and the capital of the mFɛɛl Kag State. Under Bowdani rule the city was known as Stromwick. The city is built on the confluence of rivers Hop and Grb and serves as an important junction in eastern Tak. Sites of interest include the main building of the central railway station that was constructed by the well known architect Fəs ob Beŋ (217-298) and the Palace of Science (Gŋ kə Roop) by Ƿyk ob Ƿɵŋ (*272).
