The Woman on bus was one of only two people who survived a bus submerging in a lake during the Global Blackout; the other was Edward Ned. After Ned awakens, the woman comes to the surface and repeatedly shouts "Nem tudok úszni!", which is "I can't swim!" in Hungarian. Ned tells the woman to take deep breaths. She then follows him under the water to a window that Ned kicks out off its frame. They exit the bus. In spite of having said that she could not swim, the woman swims out of sight under water while Ned rises to the surface.
