The Overwatch League will be a professional Overwatch eSports league expected to start in 2017. The league was announced during BlizzCon 2016. The regular season last 12 weeks and will end with a playoffs to decide the champions of the Overwatch League. Each team that are participating will represent a major city, making it the first eSports league with geo-located teams. Before the inagual season, the league will conduct a combine were selected players wil show their skills to the teams participating. After the combine, teams sign and finalize their rosters for the league.
