Ubuugan fleshborers were parasitic winged worms native to the swamps of Ubuuga. Upon finding a host, they shed their wings and burrowed into the creature's skin. The fleshborers spent their entire life cycle within a host body and emerge only to find another. Boba Fett encountered a swarm of fleshborers aboard the derelict Mingula and his prisoner, Tsumo, was devoured by the creatures. Fett's other prisoner, an Ubuugan, found the fleshborers rather tasty.
