A Tactical tractor beam projector was a personal grade tractor beam projector. Functioning on similar principle to a tensor rifle, the tactical tractor beam projector was a handheld personal tractor beam projector emitter, and was capable of manipulating objects several meters in diameter. Consisting of a hollow tube, the tactical tractor beam emitted a crackling stream of energy that encompassed the target in a electromagnetic vise - much like normal tractor beams - from dozens of meters away.
