"Who Let Her Jugs Out?" is a song that was performed originally by the Baha Men and later Homer in "Large Marge". The song and its lyrics were a reference to Marge being forced to commit indecent exposure by flashing her breast implants at the crowd late in the episode to save Bart, Milhouse, and Homer from Stampy. This song, along with "Who Left the Milk Out?", is one of the two parodies of "Who Let the Dogs Out?" that were heard in said episode. This version of the song is heard over the end credits for said episode, with Homer uttering "D'oh" multiple times instead of uttering "Who?" multiple times.
