The Bofors Defense Rifle is an Assault Rifle featured in Battlefield 2142. It is only unlocked through Best Buy pre-orders. It is an available weapon for the Assault class. It is statistically identical to the SCAR 11, and only differs in appearance and animations. When using Herzog AR-Shotgun or PK-74 AR-Rocket attachments, a magazine is loaded into an opening slot located on the left side, close to the weapon's handguard.
