This bust was the subject of a large quality control issue involving the paints from Bowen's overseas factory. The five o' clock shadow on the Punisher's face was applied very poorly, and Bowen subsequently took returns and exchanges on this bust. An exclusive Modern version of this bust was also released. It has a seperate gun to put on his shoulder, different guns in his hands, a modern version of the Punisher's outfit with a different version of the skull on his chest, and a chrome base.
