Rigori was a bloodspeaker servant of Bunrakuken, as a member of the Cult of the Blood-Red Moon. Around 1165 he tortured a Miya Herald that carried a message with the Challenges of Enlightenment. It was instrumental to know that the Shinsei's descendant, Rosoku, had come out of hiding.
