EBank is an online banking institution. Their headquarters was located in New York City. They have no physical branches, as their customers access their accounts with their computers and ATM cards. They deposit checks by mailing them to a Post Office box in Iowa. A customer can attain "elite status" by having more than $10,000 in their accounts. An Arab man using the name of Joseph Hayden had an account at EBank with over $89,000 in it. This did not fit with the income from his minimum wage job at an oil change business, and led to suspicion that he was a terrorist. (L&O: Patriot)
