Martin Broussard was a man who worked at Floyd Vernon's family Mortuary as a furance operator. He was originally suspected of having killed Captain Parker Wayne given that Wayne's head was kept in a cooler, his body parts kept in a chop shop while bogus ashes were given to the Captain wife's and his daughter. However, a DNA match by Abigail Sciuto later revealed that Broussard was actually one of the chop shop victims.
