Victor Mataresee was a serial killer and rapist in Florida. He murdered Charisse Witherspoon in 1996 and three other victims in South Florida. In 2002, he was convicted of forcible rape. In 2006, he was interrogated by LAPD cold-case detectives Kizmin Rider and Harry Bosch who filed murder charges against him.
