Numbuh 35, or Bartie Stork, is a KND operative stationed at the Kids Next Door Moonbase. He is responsible for informing other operatives when they are summoned to the Moonbase and is one of two people (along with Numbuh 86) to have the password for the Maximum Security Vault. He was seen in Operation: T.R.E.A.T.Y. sitting next to Numbuh 23 during Numbuh 362's speech.
