Catwoman is heading to Ochoguay, South America, to retrieve information from a former Nazi officer who once achieved a position in the Romanian KGB and was privy to secrets the Soviets wished hidden from the West. In exchange, he was allowed to emigrate to South America and to keep a few paintings, a wonderful Boccatoria among them, the very painting he had to give up to an agency with no name in exchange of immunity to go back home.
