New Domina is the capital of Hallow, the homeworld of the Icyene, created by Saradomin as a gift to his followers and named after the place he came from. It was designed to change its location to always remain in the warm and sunny parts of the Hallow due to nights on the planet lasting months and forcing the Icyene to migrate on regular basis.
