Prisoner #8, Sadist Gougan having the same regard for life as Gien, Gougan was arrested in 2975 for using his Dream Breaker machine to turn people into sleep-waking mobs to kill each other for his amusement during night-time. Once freed by Gien, Gougan resumed his old habits, until the Timerangers destroyed his machine. Though defeated by Vector Dividing, Gougan enlarges and is brought in by Time Robo Alpha.
