The 2114 Revolution refers to the series of uprisings and rebellions that led to the execution of most of the Coburan Royal Family and the subsequent conquest of Cobura by the Tokundski Nationalisci under Tokundian nationalist General Ronald MacNuggett. Though its immediate effect was to replace the Kingdom of Cobura with the militaristic "Republic of Cobura" under MacNuggett, the eventual realisation of a democratic republic would be achieved two years later with the cooperation of the ruling Junta.
