In "Meet the Quagmires", he and his band play at the Newport Country Club Dance in 1984 which Peter Griffin, Brian Griffin, Glenn Quagmire, Lois Pewterschmidt, and Ernie The Giant Chicken attended. He sings "Earth Angel". While Brian is performing "Never Gonna Give You Up", a song that would become his cousin's one-hit-wonder, he calls him about the "mediocre generic sound" he's been looking for. He is voiced by Luke Adams.
