Hoshi Tsurui Zumi were monks of the Togashi Tattooed Order who focused in the mystical ways of the spirit. They were created in the Hidden Emperor era when Togashi Hoshi rebelled against Hitomi and began tattooing his own followers. The school continued even after the three Tattooed Monk orders of the Dragon were merged in one.
