Professor Algonquin Shrimpdittle is a teacher at Bunson and Lacroix's Boys' Polytechnique and a member of the Royal Society. He is a colleague of Professor Beatrice Lefoux and a noted paranoid xenophobe. He is a mathematician. Later, Madame Lefoux indicates that Shrimpdittle recommended the introduction of herself and Monsier Lange-Wilsdorf.
