The Shrinking Formula is one of Grumio's inventions to impress Mr. Toymaker in Babes in Toyland. It shrinks humans and objects to the size of a toy. Warning: A double shot of it can destroy you. Barnaby used it on Mr. Toymaker, Gonzorgo and Roderigo, and Tom Piper for his plan to marry Mary Contrary or else he'll use a double shot on Tom. During the battle, Barnaby was going to destroy Tom by the formula, but Mary used a toy cannon to shoot Barnaby, instead it hit the formula and it shrunk Barnaby.
