Using a summoning scroll and the help of the Kappa Sage, the user of this technique is able to create a large lake around a kilometer in diameter. The lake is usually a from a source and the source is tapped into and warped using the power of the Kappa Sage. This is usually used when in desperate need for water to drink or use any Water Release techniques in an unfavored location. However, if one turns the scroll towards a target, the summoning scroll for the lake can be used as a high pressure cannon, slamming highly pressurized water into the target and giving the user the chance to follow up with another Water Release technique.
