Black Uruk Archers are elite from who serve Mordor. Their arrows are tipped with barbed spikes, which dig themselves in the flesh of the target, causing excruciating pain to the victim and lowering the strength of their attacks. They are recruited from the Cirith Ungol Barracks with the particularity of costing no command points but being limited to three battalions maximum.
