Shinobu Kaze (風 忍, かぜ しのぶ, kaze shinobu) is a mangaka member of Dynamic Production. His real name is Tomoaki Saito (斉藤智昭, さいとう ともあき, saitou tomoaki). He was born in February 13, 1958 in the city of Yokosuka, Kanagawa Prefecture. He joined Dynamic in 1970. His debut was in 1971 with the manga Hyakuen Byoin (１００円病院) in the Bessatsu Shonen Magazine of Kodansha.
