Kiyoto Kaido (海堂清人, Kaidō Kiyoto) is the protagonist of Liberation Maiden SIN. He is a childhood friend of Shoko Ozora, the President of New Japan, and works closely with her as her chief aide. Kiyoto was orphaned during the war with the Dominion at the age of five, but cannot remember anything before this. He possesses mysterious telepathic abilities, which allow him to read people's thoughts.
