Great Empires Federation was an alliance formed in late December 2008 by Rockmot and -Carlus-. It was renamed to Echelonic Federation in March 2009 after Shadow Strikers merged into it under their leader, .Aggressor. Aggressor left the alliance shortly after. The alliance lasted until late April 2009 when it merged with Old Eternal Empire to form the modern Eternal Empire after Rockmot retired from his position of Chancellor(leader). -EF-'s charter was redrafted for the merge and her forum was used for the new alliance too.
