General Ticktock, the leader of the Copper Killers is a greatly feared part-man, part-machine warrior who has a Zamonium Nugget in place of a heart, brain and soul. He has a generally sadistic persona, that is so deep, that pain is not enough, but the pure essence of dying is the only cure to quench his thirst for blood. His main contribution in the story Rumo & His Miraculous Adventures is his influence and usage of his Metal Maiden. He is death itself and is eventually killed by Rumo after his Zamonium Nugget is pulled out.
